TRUE COLOURS, NEW COLOURS - THE SONGS OF SPLIT ENZ
In celebration of the 40th anniversary of the release of Split Enz seminal album True Colours, Stan Walker announces his reimagined version of ‘Poor Boy’.
To be released as part of ""True Colours, New Colours - The Songs Of Split Enz"" - a tribute album featuring 11 unique takes on the songs of True Colours by a broad spectrum of prominent Australian & New Zealander artists.
‘Poor Boy’ is the second Stan Walker song produced by Hugh Lake and HAMLEY, since their first collaboration on Stan Walker’s 2020 hit ‘Bigger’.
Released as a 22-track Deluxe Digital Album, it will include the 11 new cover tracks + 11 Split Enz - True Colours (40th Anniversary Edition) album originals.

Celebrate Split Enz Music With The Brand New Tribute Album
Celebrate the songs of Split Enz with the new Split Enz tribute album, featuring reimagined versions of their timeless tracks. The new album, 'True Colours, New Colours The Songs of Split Enz' is out Friday 12th February 2021 with the first taste, Shihad's take on I Got You out now.
The compilation features Bernard Fanning, Bubsy Marou, Shihad and heaps more and is available for pre-order in the fancy coloured vinyl now. This release comes the same year the band have celebrated the 40th anniversary of their massive hit album, True Colours. We had the one and only Tim Finn talk about this huge release on Triple M.

Split Enz will release four coloured (green, yellow, blue and orange) vinyl editions of 'True Colours' each in sleeves matching the striking original colour combinations issued in January 1980.
A limited edition picture disc will also be available via Warner Music Australia's online store. The CD and digital releases will feature bonus material not included on the original 11-track album.
'True Colours' features 'I Got You', the song that propelled them onto the international stage, as well as 'Poor Boy' and 'I Hope I Never'.
